2. Nature of Services

Ayushmaan Life Support Ambulance is a direct ambulance service provider offering comprehensive medical transportation services, including:

We aim to provide timely, safe, and professional services. However, service availability is subject to factors such as location, distance, medical requirements, traffic conditions, weather conditions, and other operational constraints.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or
• Use the service under supervision of a parent/guardian

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws.

4. Booking & Service Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via phone, website, or other official communication channels.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after acceptance by our team.
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service, but do not guarantee availability in all situations.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Service charges depend on distance, type of ambulance, medical requirements, and urgency.
• Payment may be required in advance or immediately after service completion.
• Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, cash, or payment links.
• Failure to make payment may result in denial of future services.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
• In emergency dispatch cases, full charges may be applicable once the ambulance is deployed.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information
• Not to misuse emergency services
• To treat medical staff and drivers respectfully
• Not to engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in case of misconduct.

8. Medical Disclaimer

• Our ambulance services are supportive transportation services, not a substitute for hospital treatment.
• While trained personnel may be present, treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• The patient or attendant is responsible for sharing accurate medical information.

9. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for delays or failure in service due to:

• Traffic conditions
• Natural disasters or Force Majeure events
• Government restrictions
• Unforeseen mechanical or operational issues

10. Third-Party Coordination

We may coordinate with hospitals, doctors, or other healthcare providers. However:

• We do not guarantee admission, treatment, or availability at any hospital.
• Any decision regarding medical care is solely between the patient and the healthcare provider.

11. Communication Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive:

• Calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or emails
• Service updates, confirmations, and important notifications

This applies even if your number is registered under DND (Do Not Disturb), strictly for service-related communication.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ayushmaan Life Support Ambulance.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Use our brand name or materials for commercial purposes

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayushmaan Life Support Ambulance and its staff from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

15. Termination
